Our client was delivering campaign management via an 'out of support' campaign management tool which needed replacing.  A review was also required of  the entire data analytics and campaign reporting ecosystem, including a future needs analysis, with a view to acquiring a new solution via an extensive RFP.


We placed a subject matter expert with the client to ensure appropriate value and service was provided on a Consultancy Big 4 RFP and implementation programme to select the next generation of campaign, data and analytics solutions.


The rapid pace and rigour with which we managed the RFP process resulted in our scope being extended to other related parts of the clients business.  The  first phase of procurement is now complete with the leading 4 vendors/SI’s being invited to bid in the final round ahead of the final decision.
