Our client required a rapid assessment of CVM campaigning capabilities, then an overhaul to the design, and delivery, of the up and cross sell customer strategy. The brief was extended to recommendations for new technology to enable advanced, multi-channel CVM strategy.


CVM People researched and sourced the consulting team which had both the technical and CVM strategy experience to design and deliver the marketing offers, communications and roadmap, within a competitive and challenging marketplace from a regulatory perspective.


The first up and cross-sell campaigns delivered on target conversion rates in week one of delivery and exceeded them from week 2 onwards. 6 further campaigns were designed for rollout over later months. Stretch revenue targets were met.
