A large utilities business was going through a period of significant change: the Director of Data & Insight was leaving the organisation and senior level guidance was required to define the Customer Value Management (CVM) operating model.  There was a need to fill the gaps in the new team quickly and efficiently with experienced resources to ensure business continuity.


CVM People experts provided consultation to define the CVM operating model across both the Marketing and Data & Insight directorates.  We supplied an interim Data & Insight Director and worked alongside them to drive a transition across the team to the new CVM Operating Model.  Our recruitment team provided an effective market search for key hires and carried out an in-depth qualification and interview process on behalf of the client.

The entire project was completed in just 8 weeks.


Engaging with us at a critical time ensured a positive outcome from what could have been an uncertain situation, and a CVM driven approach to marketing remains a success for our client.  13 roles were identified as required.  Our resourcing team submitted 18 people, from which 13 were hired.  100% of these hires remain in place (at July ’17).
