CVM People are proud to be working with a FTSE 100 FMCG company. They are looking for a Change Manager on a fixed term contract to come in and champion the changes they need to drive in Finance by helping the projects to build the right change management methods, that will make certain that the change in ways of working is viable and embedded. You will be assisting the programmes in designing and implementing, while ensuring the change interventions can be identified and address the local needs and the change impact. This is an opportunity to play a central role in this company’s strategy and delivery.
They are looking for a skilled change manager with a solid understanding of corporate functions with an excellent grasp of both in market and shared services finance processes and ways of working. Someone who’s got proven practice of conducting the change on a main change programme as well as having proficiency in applying changes to ways of working, optimisation, stakeholder management; culture, process as well as people.
