Technical Competencies and Skills

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Well versed in Dynamics CRM technical architecture
  • Have extensive knowledge and experience in architecting, developing, implementing and integrating business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • A minimum of 4 years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development experience – specifically developing web services and database applications using a variety of technologies including C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, SQL, and SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Must have led the design and development of at-least 2 Dynamics CRM integration projects with legacy/in-house applications
  • Experience with deployment of Dynamics CRM solution on hand-held devices (preferred) Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, WPF, C# programming, CRM SDK, SQL Server
  • Experience in designing and deploying SSRS custom reports/Dashboards with Dynamics CRM
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Authentication, Windows Networking, Performance and Security aspects
  • Expert in integration pattern cloud to cloud / hybrid cloud, synchronous and asynchronous communication
  • Expert in designing Web API for integration purpose etc. etc.
  • Strong communication skills and be comfortable in liaising with stakeholders at all levels

  • Ensure work-related training and support in studying for professional examinations is available to direct reports
  • Ensure that direct reports comply with working procedures, SLAs and Compliance, Controls and Assurances are kept up to date
  • Ensuring skills and knowledge are shared across the team
  • Project manage a number of different developments at one time, balancing the requirements of internal staff and external consultants where agreed
  • Be highly flexible and adaptable and able to respond to demands quickly, adjusting plans and resources accordingly
  • Continually seek efficiencies, ensuring value for money and creativity in approach
