Head of Digital Customer Experience

Our client is currently searching for a Head of Digital Customer Experience. If you have experience of leading digital design and/or content strategy for a large organisation and have manged and motivated a large team to deliver a best-in class customer experience then this is a role you will want to find out more about.
To succeed in this role you will come from a Digital B2C Product and Customer experience background where you will have worked on large digital and customer experience initiatives, setting the strategy for customer experience across a wide range of digital products.
This function is centralised however the team members will typically work embedded in agile scrum teams, therefore it is essential that you have worked in a complex matrix organisation.
