Retention Planning Manager – Fixed Term Contract
6-12 months contract
Location: Hampshire / London/ Remote working
Due to an internal secondment, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retention/ CRM planning manager to work for one of the biggest names in the UK to manage the planning and commercial analysis of their renewal opt in & retention offers strategy across different segments & journey points.
Working alongside the Marketing team who will manage creative execution, and 2x Retention Planning Managers who will manage journeys & contact centre toolkits, this role will own the strategy, planning & technical implementation to optimise the commercial performance. Driving a data and insight driven approach to plan & optimise offer activity, this role will propose changes and introduce new activity through which to maximise commercial results and help develop future strategy. Working closely with IT, pricing and analytics, this role will ensure customer journeys are consistent and will also own the reporting and understanding of commercial performance of renewal opt in & retention (agent) offers by working closely with a Retention Analyst, Insight & MI teams to determine actionable insight and MI on performance.

- Excel advanced user -able to build forecasts and models to explain complex campaign results
- CRM Planning experience & expertise; including control group and A/B testing analysis within complex customer journeys
- Commercial acumen – focus on revenue and profit creation
- Strong communicator, able to explain complex analysis & campaigns simply
- High levels of attention to detail
