CVM People are proud to be partnered with one of the UKs leading global telecommunication organisation. We are searching for a Senior Customer Strategy Manager based in London to lead the communication strategy for all in life customers across all touch points.

This is a key role within the organisation, you have a major part to play as you will be establishing the entire customer experience strategy, which is supplied to customers through the AOM programme, as well as controlling how it works across customer journeys. This is a spotlight role, and it will regularly include presenting to stakeholders and board members. You will be leading the Customer Centre of Excellence and you will be responsible for its complete performance. This role also allows you to be responsible for the Intent Strategy, and Contact Strategy and the design of high-level customer journey orchestration. This is an incredible role for a confident leader who is looking to really make a different and play a crucial part within an organisation.

We are looking for someone:
Experience in working with advanced CRM technology and framework
With a background in Telecommunications or a Subscription based company 
With a deep understanding of CVM campaign strategies for in life customers
With an extensive background in customer contact strategy development
A Great leader, capable to enrapture senior leaders as well as teams
