Salary: up to £50,000 + bonus+ benefits
Fantastic opportunity for a CRM Planning Manager to join one of the leading gaming organisations. The CRM Strategy & Planning team exists to understand and drive forward the best value-add opportunities for tailoring the experience and communications to different audiences-the right message to the right customer at the right time through the right channel.
- Work with the Customer Insight team to design and build segments, create and test hypothesis about how communications can positively impact customer behaviours.
- Work with teams across the business to identify opportunities for tailored experience for different customer base.
- Work with the Campaign Analyst to targets, campaign insight and other trends/insights that can be used to optimise campaign plans across all channels
- Creation of campaign journey across digital channels
- Experience of working in a B2C environment in a CRM planning team.
- Experience of designing campaign journeys across digital channels in an organisation with sophisticated data and insight operation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience of project management, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
