Job Title: Forensic Analyst
Salary: Up to £32,000
Our client, a leading UK brand, is going through an exciting time in their growth. As one of the leading Utilities providers, they take great pride in helping millions of customers enjoy a healthy and happy lifestyle. As an organisation, they are always looking to further improve the customer experience, and therefore they are looking to find capable analysts to seek the causes of any customer satisfaction issues.
Sitting within a large team, this is part of a scaling-up of the analytical capability of the organisation. This position will be key in identifying the underlying causes of customer dissatisfaction. This will be a great opportunity for the analytically minded, helping to create hypotheses behind complaints and then present them in a clear and concise way. This role does require experience using Excel to solve business problems but in turn, our client is open to training the ideal candidate in other systems, such as SQL Server.
We are also looking for a really confident communicator who can engage at multiple levels. This role will involve interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders, so it is important that you could translate all information into an understandable format.
Required experience and skills
• You must be flexible and responsive with a proactive approach to problem-solving with a proactive and persuasive champion for change.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information
• Able to present your ideas well to a variety of colleagues and senior stakeholders
• Strong educational background – likely to include good degree (2:1 or above)
