Retention Campaign Manager – Inbound and Outbound
Europe’s biggest entertainment brand. An internal promotion has created the business need for a Retention Campaign Manager.
With a focus on the existing customer base, working in an environment with a market-leading approach to customer management, your focus will be on three core activities.

1. Planning and executing proactive retention and product upgrade campaigns which deliver offers to high-risk customers, driving the conversion rate and ROI for the business.   

2. Running test and learn activities; developing customer treatments which prevent churn based on data and insights, then evaluating and rolling out to the business.

3. Ownership of inbound activity (via a bespoke App) to drive churn prevention, cross-sell, up-sell and other retention-focussed activities (evolution of decisioning models, working with modelling functions)
You will be experienced in CRM Planning, customer retention and digital environments. You will be commercially aware, able to understand ROI on customer investments and customer lifetime value benefits.
Whilst you’re unlikely to be a Data Scientist, experience of working with analytics on large customer bases is helpful.
