Senior Commercial Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Bonus

We have a really exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager to join one of the UK's biggest household brands to deliver against new Business sales targets through the execution of Cross-sell and Partnerships.
Responsibilities:

  • To deliver and exceed the sales volume and revenue budget targets for the Cross-sell channels, within agreed marketing and CPA budgets.
  • To own and develop the referral schemes, embedding in all customer journeys & touch-points, and supporting with appropriate marketing campaigns
  • To own the relationships with the existing Affinity and Third-Party partners and identify and implement opportunities to grow these channels
  • To identify and develop New Channel opportunities to increase sales volumes.
  • To understand the different commercial leavers to pull to drive performance.
  • To work with the Call Centre teams, to develop the strategy and plans to maximise the conversion of demand into sales.
  • To own the P&L, for the marketing and Partnership opportunities, pricing, sales channel optimisation & liaising with the product owner.
  
Capability, Knowledge and Experience: 
  • An analytical and commercially astute marketing professional
  • Degree educated preferably in a Science or mathematics-based subject
  • Proven track record of operational delivery, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure launch of new channels & partnerships on time.
  • Experience of Partnerships within consumer services business.
  • Experience of managing relationships with third party suppliers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
