Chris has 20 years experience of leading data and analytics driven marketing programmes and strategy to maximise customer retention, sales and revenues.
He has led 3 international projects at tier one Mobile Communication Service Providers, both installing predictive customer attrition software and reorganising Marketing and Customer Value Management strategy to massively lower churn.
At UK’s largest Satellite TV and communications provider, Chris headed up the design, delivery and on-going management of a Real Time Marketing strategy enabled by the centralised decisioning engine capability he implemented.
With CVM People, Chris heads up Alliances as well as working on site as a senior consultant with our Banking, Telco and Media clients.
