Before moving into consultancy he ran Vodafone UK’s customer base management function where he had accountability for planning and execution of over £60 million of Customer Lifetime Value improvement from the 10 million+ consumer base.
As well as a broad set of commercial skills, Kevin’s previous experience spans lead management, cross and upsell, and retention and loyalty programmes across inbound and outbound channels. He is an expert in using data to drive personalised and connected multi-channel customer experiences across the customer lifecycle.
