Steve has been building and leading Customer Value Management programmes across multiple markets covering disciplines such as Customer Insight, Campaign Operations, Real-Time (contextual) Marketing and Lifecycle Management for over 25 years.  Within this time he has built customer insight teams for more than 5 organisations and integrated customer insights with campaign management and commercial functions.

He has expertise in data mining and statistical analysis of both consumer and SME markets across industries; establishing and continual improvement of campaign management processes; and implementing customer databases for customer insight and campaign operations.

In addition to his Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) practitioner status, Steve has experience of working both as a client and consultant, making him a highly valued source of wisdom within the industry.
